4 Months!

I'm four months old!!!  I've been perfecting my skills and taking on my own personality!  I love to laugh, talk and just be silly!  I am so good at rolling over on my stomach, that I now roll over in my sleep, giving Mom a slight heart attack.  My attention span for things has become a lot greater. I grasp and play with toys for longer periods of time and sometimes I read several books with Mom and Dad before bed, where as before, I was only reading one, maybe two.  My whale tub and I have officially been kicked out of the kitchen for making water splash everywhere!  Now we're up in my bathroom tub where I can kick and splash all I want!  I sometimes try to drink the water, but at this point, I would put anything into my mouth!  Toys, fingers, my shirt, mom's shirt, everything is fair game!  I can hold my head up very well now without assistance and I'm not a bobble head (that's what Mom calls me)!  I recently had my four month check up with the doctor's and am weighing 14.5 lbs. and am 24.5 inches long!  In the next month, I am looking forward to learning how to roll from my stomach to my back, practice sitting up and trying some "solid" foods!  Mom already got me some cereal and has a few fall veggies to cook up to make me baby food, I can't wait!
